Perfect Tours Australia (PTA), was established in July 2012 and now provides full transfer services and personalized tours and packages for any Free Independent Travellers (FITs) and Groups. As a fully accredited tour operator, PTA is based on the Gold Coast with representatives overseas as well. We are proud of our great attractions and sceneries in Australia and would hope to introduce the best of this beautiful country to all our valuable customers!

Our founder and Director, Kenny Chan, is well-known in the industry for giving his best to all his customers. In his few years of operations, Kenny is now a highly renowned tour operator in the industry, successfully operating small to large company incentive groups and receiving praises from customers to suppliers! From his previous experiences, Kenny’s formula to success is simply – believing in treating his customers as his friends and thus, only wanting to give them the best of everything here and of course, the best service anyone can ask for. “If it is not good enough for him, then it is not good enough for his customers.”

This esteemed reputation that Kenny has earned over the years did not come by easily. It is through constant servicing of individual visitors, travel agents, meeting planners, destination management companies to escorted tour providers, that this close relationship was built upon.
